I had my first visit a couple of days ago and I was happy with the experience. The wait isn’t long and they like to keep things moving so definitely arrive early to fill out your paperwork. Everyone was nice and friendly. Dr. Nicholson is very knowledgeable and I like that he is going to retrieve all of my medical records and scans before making any decisions. I am scheduled for a block which I expected and the wait for that is very short as well. Appointment times and availability are great which help me out because I need afternoon appointments. Overall so far I have been happy with my experience and would recommend. I’ll review again after a few more visits. Thanks for reading!

Amy is the best provider there. She treats you with the up most respect and is very understanding to you pain issues. All three of the front desk ladies are amazing but Jessica is always my favorite person.

I was with another pain center who were charging my insurance two times a week for physical therapy while taking $70 a week for co pays. I started in June and couldn't get a sit down appointment with the doctor because he didnt take my HMO for his time nor the shots. Today I had an appointment Dr. Nicholson. He told me exactly what my gut was and saying, which was, I need surgery! He is Fresh , crisp and clean. He came to the table and he was right on. My second opinion was the right one! Thanks Doc.

Going to this facility has been a nightmare. My Dr., Dr. Mosuro was unkind, emotionless and barely looked at me. Made me do a $2800 drug test as soon as I got into the door, which was ridiculous. He wouldn’t make eye contact, barely listened to me and rushed my appt even though I waited over an hour to be seen. Then after all that, their accounting department submitted my insurance claim wrong and I’ve had to call them about a dozen times, speaking with disrespectful staff who kept assuring me that they would resubmit the claim, and they didn’t. I can’t get them to simply do their job! I basically begged, speaker to a supervisor and everything and it still hasn’t been done. They’re trying to stick me with this $740 bill that my insurance would cover if they could just submit a proper claim. It has been such a stressful situation over a terrible appointment where I got barely any help for my debilitating back pain. This office is terrible, and I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. They’re taking advantage of poor people in desperate need for pain management. I can’t speak for the other doctors at the office, but avoid Dr. Mosuro please. And just know that dealing with the accounting department for this office is very stressful. They are incompetent and seem to be purposefully causing stress to their clients and not helping with a very simple matter. I hate to write bad reviews, but this place has caused me so much stress. I want to prevent anyone else from dealing with this situation. Update: I spoke with the manager of this facility and she was very apologetic, and addressed each of my concerns which I appreciated. The billing issue finally got resolved after I spoke to her. I just hope they make some changes with the billing department and that Dr. Mosuro changes the way he acts towards his patients in the future. Best of luck to this facility and thank you to the manager (can’t remember her name unfortunately).
