Everybody who attended to me during my scheduled procedure was amazing and caring! From the front office staff to the recovery nurse dropping me off to my ride, everything went so smoothly that it felt like I was in a well-oiled machine! Dr. Nguyen is the sweetest doctor I’ve ever met! She greeted me with a smile, made sure I was comfortable and even went out of her way to get me a warm blanket! I instantly felt I was in the right place with the best doctor and staff! The place was super clean too! I 10000% recommend this place for your out patient surgical needs!
From the first time meeting the staff having them take time to explain. Everything that was to happen was one thing. The follow-up was excellent. They checked on me and made sure that if I had any questions they answered my questions and I felt very comfortable. Reminders weren't overdone but it was nice to get a reminder with the location so I could map it out on my way too. The colonoscopy. It was a very professional setup. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time and felt that the people there were capable and very nice. Dr. Garcia did a great job and I got to watch as he allowed me to use conscious sedation. Thank you for a great experience considering it was what it was.

This was my second time using the services of D.. da Silveira for my procedure and like the first time, I am amazed by his skill and temperament and by the the professionalism and friendliness of his team at the NASC-Los Gatos.
