The facility is bright and immaculate. All the staff were warm and friendly. Dr Chen was very clear and professional. I have suggested my husband come here instead of waiting for the local provider to schedule.
Dr. Evans and the staff that took care of me during my procedure were all very professional. Kind and considerate, they all listened to me about what I was anxious about and helped me to remain calm. They treated me with dignity and respect and understanding. One of my biggest fears was the IV. But the nurse handling that part was very caring and he walked me through every step. He did as much as he could to also keep me distracted while he worked. The facility was extremely clean and well lit. Virtually no wait to get checked in. Front end staff were all kind and courteous. I would highly recommend Dr. Ashley Evans and this location for your colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures.
Nampa Digestive Clinic was a really good experience. Wait time was short and appreciated being able to do my intake paperwork virtually before hand. Also the staff and my provider, Dr. Riley Anderson were so patient and kind in taking the time to answer my questions and concerns as I have a lot of chronic health issues. So feeing like I was being seen and heard was so helpful and reassuring. Plus location is easy to find off of Garity!
Very professional. I was impressed on how caring everyone was. They worked well together and I never had to ask how much longer things would take. They took great care about my allergies too.
Nurses were awesome. Check-in procedure would have been better if links sent prior to appointment worked. Stuck using iPad and not comfortable sharing my information with apple due to use of their products(reason in apple user agreements).
