Very pushy about having a ride after procedure. Preventative/follow up colonoscopy charged as diagnostic so denied by BCBS. Received bill for over $9000.00. This facility now owned by Ascension and billing done offshore, so good luck getting anything done. When I attempted to discuss exorbitant bill, I was told by Dr's office and Naab Road Surgery Center that "I would just go to collections." Go elsewhere for care!

This place is super close to home and my wife had a colonoscopy and endoscopy done. First, the receptionist was really great. Then the Dr. and nurses were very attentive and didn't rush us out of there like some places do. I was pleasantly surprised by how much time the Dr. and nurses spent with us. For such a disagreeable procedure, they made it much better!

We also got charged an exorbitant amount for a 10 min procedure. 10k with insurance 7k and we had to pay 20% of that. We were there for about 1.5 hours with a 10 min ear tube procedure. This cost seems excessive.

The actual surgery experience was fine; however, the billing/payment was atrocious. We had to wait almost a year for a bill. Once we received the surprisingly large bill, they proceeded to send us threatening letters every month, despite the fact that we set up a payment plan (and overpaid/paid off early). I called more times than I can count to try and address this. Every time I was assured the issue was fixed (it never was). This was extremely stressful, disrespectful, and indicative of poor business practice.

Please avoid this place for any and all surgical procedures. They charged my insurance over $8k for a Myringtomy procedure (ear tubes) which is a 10-15 minute procedure. They charged on the itemized bill thousands for recovery which persisted of us picking up our child who just woke up and leaving 1-2 minutes after the surgery. To say they are crooks is an understatement, they want me to pay out of pocket more than I did for the birth of my two children combined. Also there billing dept is outsourced and just uses their boxed template responses so that doesn't go anywhere.
