The entire process was great! I registered on line with ease and all staff was great. I received a timely call the day before my procedure with directions and time to show up along with estimated time entire process would take. I was greeted warmly and with a smile. My surgery and post-op team of Jamie, Grace, Dawn, Evelyn, Bernie and Chris were knowledgeable, caring, efficient and easygoing. I would definitely recommend this facility!
Dr. Bagan, The Murdock Surgery Center for colonoscopies is a smooth running operation. Filled with smiles and care at every turn. I give it a 9/10, could have been a 10/10 if the link between patient pre-op portal, where we provide detailed personal information behind a username and password, was properly linked to the front office. Since that information provided was not available to the front office, it was to be repeated. Thanks again for the excellent cohesive team of knowledgeable professionals. Regards Bob
I was here 2/18/26 for 2 procedures where I was put to sleep for...this place was amazing how they literally never missed a step...they really have it together on top the game in every way shape and form..my DR. TUFT and the staff at Murdock surgery center are beyond compare. Ive been to a good 6 different surgery centers in my life so im pretty confident in what I say here...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...10 STARS
Great staff, and nurses here. Everyone is friendly, personable, knowledgeable, andyou informed. Communication from start to finish is excellent. Post op is just as good. I can't thank them enough for all their help from my recent surgery
Changed my 6 AM colonoscopy appointment to 10:45 without informing me so I showed up at 6 AM arrange rides for 6 AM procedure and they called yesterday said my voicemail was full. Funny I received other voicemails yesterday and I had the phone with me a majority of the day so I can’t believe anyone called. In addition I don’t have any missed calls from the Murdock surgery center, who has called me before as I’ve been a ride for someone else and it appears in the caller ID as Murdoch surgery center, so my phone would have a missed call on record not for that, there is room on my voicemail like I said, I had other voicemails. So that means I went through a colonoscopy prep for absolutely nothing and they weren’t even nice about it and they didn’t even warn me about being careful with my diet post prep. I had to look it up for myself. You just can’t go back to eating regular food. Really unprofessional and if I will say a little on that nasty side. Putting all the blame on my doctor and accepting none of the scheduling mishap responsibility.
