Awful experience with this group. I went in with some gastro issues and was told by the physician (Dr. Liu) that I was due for a 10 year screening and he would bill it as such, which he did not. I knew my issues weren't anything a colonoscopy was going to diagnose and would have declined had he not said it would be submitted for my screening. I now owe thousands for a procedure that I would have never done if I had to pay for it. I called the billing office and the woman was so rude when I explained the situation and was told that the physician knows he cannot do that. I trusted what he told me, not knowing that even if you are due for a screening, it can still be charged otherwise. In addition, I had the procedure in the hospital and they were short staffed and were trying their best but as I sat waiting, everyone could hear the nurse on the phone talking to another floor about Christopher xxxx (she said his full name) and when was the last time he used cocaine so they could determine when he could come down for his colonoscopy, completely breaching patient confidentiality. Their office staff also accidentally called me to tell me that my insurance wasn't going to cover a prescription and when I told the woman that I don't think I had a prescription for that she paused, confirmed who she was calling (which was not me) and then apologized and said she dialed the wrong number.

I had nothing short of a great experience here. Everyone was so kind, and very accommodating. One of the nurses was so sweet, I wish I remembered her name, but she very clearly loves her job and her patients. Couldn't get a vein, called in an expert, and he was nothing short of extremely talented. Another nurse, Joe, whom I know from the clinic, is also great at his job. The doctor was very detailed in his explanation of everything. Like literally everything was so organized and easy. While I hope i never have to get these procedures done again, I would not be upset to see all these lovely humans again. Keep doing amazing work. You're all great.

very unprofessional, i was told i was getting tested for cancer because i had a procedure scheduled and i already have bad anxiety as is. i canceled my procedure and was told im gonna get charged $150 and i have state insurance. this is absolutely ridiculous. i hope this reaches someone’s attention sooner than later. will be going elsewhere.

I'm not quite sure what the other people are saying but hands-down the best.. Professional and courteous have not had a problem. The staff here is great. Dr.Rasool is very professional and understood my issue while those at the ER had no idea of my condition. I want to thank Dr. Rasool for everything she’s done. For taking the extra mile to explain everything to me!

On the recommendation from my doctor I go for a colonoscopy every five years. My most recent visit was the same as the other two visits. Excellent care along with a very polite and professional staff of doctors, nurses and clerical. For those in the waiting room coffee or tea is available free of charge. The prep wasn't bad in my opinion. Trick is to refrigerate before consuming. Goes down better cold. And don't sip, gulp if possible. Dr. Ricci is my physician. He's awesome!
