From initial reception, nursing staff and administrator . everything went according to plan. NURSE went out of her way to assist us with post-op equipment while we were still at facility and for that we are truly grateful! The facility staff is friendly and professional. Very refreshing to encounter this type of patient care mixed with customer service. Gave it a 5 star because that was the range, I would have rated it a 10 star.
