I don’t ever leave bad reviews but as someone who works in healthcare, I feel that this is necessary. I had a very unprofessional experience with this facility regarding a request for a prescription. After scheduling a visit as a repeat patient, I was met with a long wait in an empty office only to be told hours after the visit (from a call I had to make myself) that the provider I saw wasn’t able to help me with the sole purpose of the visit (why she didn’t tell me that before leaving..idk) and to have my needs met id need to schedule an additional visit and pay an ADDITIONAL copay (even though the first visit was unsuccessful). It honestly feels greedy. On top of so/so customer service, the person taking my vitals had dirty finger nails.

Came for a pregnancy test but after a month they couldn't tell me how far along my pregnancy was then they stopped answering the phone cuz I kept calling and coming in asking the same question it was like pulling teeth to get the results. They don't open on time and say 9:00 a.m. but the doctor arrives whenever they feel like it. Bad business is bad business. I thought this place was convenient it's becoming a nightmare.

After being turned away from another urgent care facility, I was welcomed by Wendy the from desk assistant. With three kids with me and time a huge factor Wendy made the paperwork process for me easy. The doctor that saw us was timely and very great with my toddler. Wait time was quick and didn’t feel like we were forgotten. We’re definitely coming back since it’s down the street and the care was considerate and quick. Thank you Wendy.

I brought my friend along with me who is a phlebotomist and they asked her could she draw my blood because they couldn’t… When one of the practitioners tried to draw blood out of my hand, not only did i almost pass out but the needle point could be seen moving around in my skin because they didn’t actually inject it in my vein. $25 copay down the drain…

I’m giving one star because I got there at 9:20am. The sign on the door says open. I stood outside the door for 5 mins knocking while in pain thinking they would be open . No one answered. Won’t be going there again.
