*UPDATE* I got a call from the center Head Nurse today, they contacted their cleaning service and was able to find my wallet. Good news! Kudos to the nursing staff for the follow through. Although I still recommend you leave your personal items with your designated driver. I would still like to see Memorial Care create a Check In & Check Out system list for your patients to document personal items being left or taken off (jewelry, keys, phone, wallet, etc) so the staff and patient can both verify items left and given back to the patient before they are released. I will amend my score to 5 stars thank you! All the staff was fantastic. Beware do not leave your personal belongings in the bag they provide, leave them with your driver! I forgot my wallet while coming out of anesthesia, my fault I suppose. I wish they had a procedure in place to protect their patients from this happening. A simple check list (keys, wallet, phone, etc) to check things in and out would help. Anyway, I believe my wallet was left on the bed and was swooped up when they stripped the bed for cleaning. Everything gone, needs to be replaced, DL, credit cards, medical cards everything. My credit cards are not being used but this is an incredible pain in the ass.
Had cataract surgery on October 8, 2025. I was over charged for an upgraded lense that I did not receive. I have been trying to get a refund for 6 weeks. My eye doctor has confirmed that I didn't get the upgraded lense. The billing department has been waiting on an internal email on this for almost 4 weeks. Not happy with the refund process. Update, received refund in late January. In my many conversations with the billing department I was told that I would receive a call when the refund was processed. No call. Their customer service is horrible.
All the nurses were very nice made me feel very comfortable.
Have been here multiple times for bladder botox injections by my urologist. Surgery room is extremely cold and due to my injury I have very hypersensitive skin and the coldness creates unspeakable pain similar to scalding from a burn. The nurses didn't seem to care about that, they were more interested in their music selection they blast over the speakers and I couldn't hear them when they would speak to me. They were not very compassionate and understanding,if I could choose somewhere else I would.
Office staff is severely incompetent. Came here for outpatient surgery and they didn’t have their paperwork ready for me to sign - literally calling insurance in front of me which delayed my procedure.
