The receptionist was very nice and checked me in. My pre- op nurse, Cindy or Joy, was exceptional. She made me feel at ease and was so nice and caring. Dr. Cloud came to talk to me. Elise and Eric were awesome! They explained the anesthesia process to me and made me feel comfortable. Eric kept me laughing and if going into surgery can be fun he made me feel that way. Eric is a great young man. Jamie and Rene were with me too and I so much appreciate their care. Amy and Michelle made sure I got awake and helped get me ready to go home. Best experience I've ever had with a surgical center. And Dr. Weeden is totally awesome! He is the best!
I had awesome care at SCA MELBOURNE SURGERY CENTER from the front desk Jennifer she was awesome quick check in because I did all my pre registration on line. Pre OP was great thank you Cindy and Gina my nurses you made me calm even tho I was so nervous. My OR team was great and awesome Helga the best CRNA everrrr at the head Hildie nurse extraordinaire Jamie my excellent Tech and my wonderful Doctor can’t forget him Dr Valdivia. I was taken care of by the wonderful PACU nurses Jola and Amy thank you all who stop by and checked on me ❤️❤️😘😘
Gina and lisa on the recovery team were just amazing. They took care of me from beginning to end. Lisa and Michelle in preop were the best nurses I could’ve ever asked for. This five star review that I’m giving these nurses don’t even say enough about them. Amazing amazing professional, caring from the minute. I got there to the minute I left.
I have used the MSC on three different occasions. Full disclosure. My doctor is a financial investor, but I was never made to feel that I had to use MSC. I have had nothing but excellent care each time I have been here. The medical professionals, from check-in to check-out were professional, courteous, and friendly. Each step of the process was explained. I never felt rushed to sign anything. The one thing I would mention is the wait time from arrival / check-in until going back for surgery. It was a longer than anticipated but it wasn't a major inconvenience and I was checked on and updated throughout. I would recommend MSC based on my positive experience each time I have bee there
My husband recently had surgery at MSC and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience was. Everyone from our nurse whose name I believe is Jola, the nurse anesthetist (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) to the physicians (Dr. Hermansdorf and Dr. Cloud) were so extremely professional and kind. Being in healthcare can be both overwhelming and stressful so bedside manners is often times lost in the chaos. The staff at MSC treated us with so much respect and kindness that I would go myself and send anyone who is in need of a procedure. Thank you guys for everything ❤️
