While the staff, including the receptionist and medical team, were professional and courteous, I was extremely concerned about the procedure room. It was very small, cluttered, and poorly organized, leaving almost no room to move. As an immunocompromised patient—a fact known to the staff—the state of the room did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness and safety. The environment felt more like a crowded storage area than a proper medical facility, which made me feel unsafe. Patient safety must be a top priority. I strongly urge the facility to address these issues immediately. Until improvements are made, I cannot consider returning.

I thought the medical team was outstanding, but the facility itself was extremely concerning. The procedure room was small and felt messy, with open containers of waste that looked like the kind of thing that should’ve been in a biohazard container. I was given a blanket with a blood stain on it! They replaced it, obviously, but that’s just gross. I just don’t trust that they’re following proper hygienic practices here… again, the medical team was excellent, but I will never come here again.

I was very impressed with everyone at this facility. I felt well taken care of and everything was done efficiently and with respect.
