I had back surgery today, and I wanted to post my experience. Everyone at this location, Smith road, was EXTREMELY friendly, patient, and professional. From the front desk to the surgeon, everyone made sure that I and my gf was comfortable, from the moment we walked in til the moment we left. My nurse Ryan was AWESOME, he did the best job and I wanted for nothing. I highly recommend this group. Ty again Ryan and everyone that was on my team today.
Dr. Orlando and his staff at Mayfield clinic are phenominal. Caring, professional and the best care that I have recieved in a long I love the video you watch before hand. And reassure everything is going to be ok. I am 85% pain free. I'm walking with no issues. I'll take the headache and soreness at the sight they said I might get. The nerve ablation sure saved me putting off surgery for a while longer. Please please send this on to dr Orlando and staff
Dr. Carruthers & his procedure team always provide excellent service & care when my husband needs a steroid injection for his back pain. Only negative or down-side is that I was not allowed to accompany my husband for his procedure due to their Covid policy, even though the policy on their website states 1 visitor is allowed for procedures. I have another hour to wait out in the car in 30° temps.
I had fusion surgery, they did wonderfully before surgery and directly after. Once my surgery was finished, I did what I was supposed to but still had the same pain after. The only pain the surgery got rid of was the pain under my arm. When I reported that I was still in pain the doctor called me crazy and his nurse said I may have breast cancer. I've been in severe pain ever since.
From all contacts over the phone, to the wonderful young lady at the front desk, to the nurses and Dr's in back that do the procedure. They were all great. Kindness and compassion goes a long way in my book. They've all got it! Thank yall so much.
