I had a stellar experience at Manhattan Endoscopy Center from start to finish. Everyone is incredibly nice and very professional. The space is massive, clean, and very comfortable. It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into making your experience there as pleasant as possible. My anesthesiologist was incredible. I'd never been under sedation before and was really scared; she was very compassionate and reassuring, which is a truly wonderful thing in medicine. Dr Pacheco was phenomenal - great bedside manner, professional, and clearly at the top of his field. He is absolutely the doctor I would want on my team if I were dealing with an illness, and I will definitely go back to him without hesitation should the need arise. Overall, they took a nerve-wracking situation and made it as supportive and comfortable as it could be, with an admirable level of compassion, professionalism, and skill. Highly recommended.
