I cannot recommend this facility enough. I went for a procedure last week and everyone was phenomenal. Samantha, Tammy, Joni and Sean (bless Sean for having to deal with me after anesthesia lol) provided some of the most compassionate and professional care Ive ever experienced in the healthcare field. Thank you guys so much for giving me such a stress free and positive experience!

Absolutely one of the best medical experiences I have had! Staff and doctors were knowledgeable and very nice to an old kermudgeon like me. In and out in 2.5 hours for endoscopy and colonoscopy. Highly recommended!

I wish i could write a 10 paragraph review describing how grateful i am for the great job they have done for me today ! I don’t have each staff’s names on top of my head to write here and thank them one by one but everyyyy one of the staff were so kind ! From the reception lady to the pre-op , operating room and post operation team were all very professional. People who work here aren’t humans ! They are angels ! I’m a very difficult person to satisfy and it’s not easy to make me give a 5 star review to a medical center because there’s always something that I don’t like ! I pay so much attention to the details. This place didn’t give me a single reason to take at least one star from my review ! They treated me like a family member , They even placed crushed ice in my mouth with a spoon so that my throat wouldn’t hurt from the tube used during surgery !! I have done my surgery today and i’m still sleepy from the medication but i couldn’t wait to thank all the staff who took care of me today and those beautiful lovely ladies that escorted me to the car and made sure everything went smoothly. The whole team had a beautiful smile all the time. Aside from their professionalism , the clinic is extremely clean ! I have OCD and i freak out if i see a single dirt in a medical facility but this clinic was spotless! I have done multiple procedures in the top tier Beverly Hills surgical centers and i can assure you my experience today was far better than Beverly Hills ones ! I was not a very quiet patient today because i cried a lot in the recovery area , that’s how i get after every surgery due to my low pain tolerance which makes me cry a lot. however nobody gave me a hard time about it and they did their best to calm me down. That’s how you know a team is professional when they don’t get frustrated easily and they handle it with care and love. I would definitely consider this place for my future surgeries as well.

Couldn’t have been better. I was extremely nervous about the anesthesia for my surgery, but the nurses and anesthesiologist answered all my questions I asked. They were so nice, patient, and gentle. As someone with severe anxiety I could not have had a better crew than the one I had today. The next thing I remember is waking up in recovery with another very kind nurse by my side. The facility itself was easy to find, clean on the inside, and not hard to navigate. If you’re having a procedure here and you’re nervous, this is the best place you can be with very competent people. Let your worries go and trust them.

Great experience with my EGD procedure under Dr.Caire. The Center is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated for the season. All the staff, from reception to nursing were kind, helpful and efficient. I trust Dr.Caire with my treatment.
