M Health Fairview

I'm a new client of this health system and this clinic, and it's been great so far! My first "visit" was a telephone appointment with a veteran doctor who was able to fully and aggressively treat the symptoms of my illness to make sure I got better. At the follow-up visit with the Nurse Practitioner, she asked very thoughtful and appropriate questions to cover all of my health issues, not just the initial illness. She also made sure to run a full series of blood and urine tests to get baseline numbers established, and also setup regular follow-up lab tests. I was very impressed with the level of follow-up with me using their MyChart online access. All of the staff - reception, nurses, doctor, NP, and lab staff - were friendly and accommodating. I'm thrilled to be a patient at this clinic!

Terrible don't set appointment very rude doctors and staff and you will be sitting in a room for a while

Its pouring rain and windy out. My appointment was for 645am. The building has a sign that says they're open at 7am. I waited in my car until 7am to check in. They said I needed to check in at 645am. I let them know their sign on the building said 7am. They said they have a huge sign in the vestibule that says doors open at 645am and I needed to reschedule. If I'm coming from the East side of the building, I wouldn't have seen the sign they had tucked in the vestibule on the East side of that door. If they would've put that sign outside for it to be visible in every direction, I wouldve seen it. I drove 25 min here to an appt that I was on time to.

Doctor Diane Begley (excuse spelling), and I believe it was nurse or medical assistant Chris (a female, i may be wrong on her name) were very open to hearing and addressing all of my concerns. Chris was even able to change my reason for the visit when I asked for more and was friendly about it. Dr. Begley was very knowledgeable about addressing and explained well anything relevant to my treatment. i found it particularly inspiring and impressive that she practices the very recommendations she gave me for herself. She made a lot of good points to which i was previously unaware of the science for. I look forward to continuing care here. Furthermore, I think it's awesome they are even able to help me get food if I am in need, and i believe they would have even been able to help with some form of housing assistance if it had been a concern of mine at the time. Also, I didn't get her name, but the woman at the reception desk was friendly and worked efficiently to get me in, and before i left, was quickly able to schedule my next appointments with times and days that fit into my schedule. I will post this review on google for your establishment as well. I couldn't be more pleased.

Jennifer Bottem is someone I'd be quite happy to see going forward. She's a great listener, considers my input, and gives good advice. The clinic is new, and I can tell that they're a bit understaffed. But the quality of the care I received was first rate.
