I completed a colonoscopy at this center after developing some concerning symptoms for a lay person. I called and was assigned to Dr. Kairasp Noshirwani with an appointment a few days later. The doctor was kind, direct, caring and answered all my questions. He had a colonoscopy scheduled for early the following week. Prep for these things is difficult, especially when scheduled for later in the afternoon procedure. However, the center had a cancellation and got me in hours earlier. The RN’s and staff were amazingly informative , kind and caring. Their bedside manner was top notch. I felt well attended to especially by pos-op Nurse Estrada. All and all, a very good positive experience from start to finish. Thank you all that served Team Tully, you were all great. I appreciate your dedication.

My appointment and subsequent colonoscopy with Kairasp Noshirwani MD went well, I appreciate the diagnosis being given before you leave. The staff were very professional and much of the process relied on electronic forms filled out ahead of your first visit. I contacted them 3 times with extra questions via email and they responded quickly each time.

I had my colonoscopy yesterday and everything was fine. The staff was very professional and caring. They asked questions about my health and answered any questions that I had. They made sure I understood everything that was happening. I talked to Doctor Mysore before the procedure and my daughter talked to him after. Very nice in his caring manner. After the procedure I was given juice in the recovery and after dressing helped to the car. Thanks to all the staff and Dr. Mysore for the care I received ❤️ I received a follow-up call today to ensure I was feeling okay 👍 Thanks for that!

Went in for hemorrhoid removal. Re'did an unnecessary colonoscopy that just been done less than 6 months ago. Then said o we dont do that here. Afterwords!! Place was a total mess. Total waist of time.

Clinical staff was great, office staff needs training and improvement. I'm a retired RN who worked many years in the health insurance industry after my clinical experience in hospitals, urgent care facilities, clinics and doctor's offices. This clinic's front desk person charged me $500 prior to my endoscopy, stating that it's a part of my deductible. They're in-network for my health insurance company and there was only suppose to be a copay of $60 and with no deductible. Instead of calling the insurance to verify coverage for the procedure, she just took my money, which now was almost 2 months ago. So, one month after the procedure I called this center back stating that I've received the explanations of benefits (EOB) from my health insurance which stated I was only responsible for the co-pay of $60. The billing person to whom I spoke with stated that they haven't received payment yet from the insurance company and when they do then only will they refund my money which would take an additional 30 to 60 days. One month after speaking with the billing person, I called my health insurance company to verify if payment was made. They stated the payment was made a few weeks ago. They then called the clinic to verify if it was received and were told yes and that the refund to me is now in process. This could have all been avoided if the office staff was trained properly and did their job properly. In essence, this place is charging numerous patients money and gaining interest in the bank for money that is not theirs to begin with. This is unethical! Not many choices here in LC, NM; but this should not occur.
