The manager was humble, professional and very helpful from start to finish. I was watching him for more than two hours and I saw him how he was treating other customers too. This tier Plus is the best place to get great service and the wait time is less than most places I have visited in the area. Their focus is only customer's satisfaction. Such a good experience starting from the FD staff, Laura, Carolyn, and Raylin took such good care of me pre and post procedure! Dr. Aggarwal, the anesthesiologist, and assistant all had great bedside manner and were lovely during the procedure!
