The Lippy group is amazing all the way around. My daughter had to get tubes put in and they did such a fantastic job. The were very quick and caring. I was so nervous and even teared up as my daughter was coming too from the gas. They were extremely nice to me which is something that is uncommon in my experiences. They carried her back for surgery instead of using the beds because they knew my 1 year old was terrified and when I came back as she was waking up the nurse was holding and rocking her as she's waking up because she was scared and didn't know what just happened. I couldn't recomend more caring and gentle people. They definitely know what they are doing and care about the patients that come in their office. Thank you, lippy group nurses and surgeons for being so caring and doing amazing work, we need more doctors like you guys! 🙂

The best in the buiness
I really hate to write this review because the care I received was excellent, however the billing department, tries to get more money out of me I set up 25.00 per month payments,I have paid faithfully, my checks were held for 2 mos.before being presented to my bank, and my bank wasn't holding my checks, then months went by and I wasn't receiving statements and all of this started,as I got closer to paying off my account! Then the last two payments I sent in went to my bank quickly, but the two statements l received didn't show the payments, but yet the checks had cleared my bank. Now I only owe them 65.02 and I informed them that, and this would be the first time, that the payment for this amount I would have to delay until June because some other things had come up and I would either pay that amount in full or pay half in June the other half in July! What I don't understand is why the Lippy Center with it 's excellent service and care, would continue using this Billing service or department , because I am going to file a consumer complaint and every other complaint I can! 😇🙏☝️💖 Also they know, that the checks were all received but, they are now trying to say if, I don't pay the amount, that they want , they will turn it over to collection company!
