Kudos to the entire team at Humble Kingwood Endoscopy Center with special emphasis to Ruby, Leigh Ann, Dee and Heather. I was met with Prompt and Courteous Care. Everyone was very polite and took the time to explain everything fully. Really made me feel comfortable. Nothing but good things to say.
At the time of my scheduled procedure, the katy office was going through a remodel and/or move, it was not convenient for me to reschedule to weeks' later, I was able to relocate my procedure to the kingwood location. Living in Wallis Tx it was a drive but from Ruby at check in, Theresia (pre op), Stacey (rn), Stacey (et), Stephen (crna) to recovery with Cassie, I did not have a bad experience. Even though it is a drive I may schedule my next procedure to this location.
