I had my first ever colonoscopy done at Kingwood Endoscopy. It went well and the staff there were super, all of them. Reception desk, nurses, anesthesiologist, Dr Randy Chung, etc. all get highest marks. The facility itself was also very clean. I didn’t get everyone’s names but Cammy, the pre op nurse was excellent. She was very thorough but also very caring and considerate which put me at ease. While I wouldn’t want another colonoscopy done anytime soon, I received wonderful care and I thank the staff for their efforts. I’d feel confident in recommending Kingwood Endoscopy to family and friends

I just had my very first colonoscopy done today. All the nurses were very sweet and the receptionist was also sweet as well. Everyone went over everything before my procedure. Dr. Le was amazing and made sure I was okay before we started. I will say i had the best nap of my life😂 the anesthesiologists knew exactly what they were doing 💕I will definitely be back if I ever need another one.

I am an RNBSN for over 50 years and have worked as in surgery in every position possible so I am very critical of what I see in today’s medical practices among professionals. I had a procedure today with Dr. Chung at Kingwood endoscopy and I cannot be more pleased to say that their service was top-notch. I don’t think I could have done better myself and that’s saying a lot from a nurse with 50 years experience in the same field, the nurses were outstanding Dr. Chung is the nicest smartest best bedside mannered physician I’ve found in more years that I could count. He reminds me of the physicians I worked with when medicine was different years ago and doctors really did want you to be happy and remain with their practice. They weren’t just employees of a big corporation.. I am very proud to recommend the practice Dr. Shahzad was amazing when I first met him six years ago and now when there was an emergency need, Dr. Chung saw me And I highly recommend him and the practice and all the RNs Involved as well as the front desk at the endoscopy center. The front desk sign in person was well organized. She was inundated by many people coming in at the same time yet kept her composure.. was efficient while still being kind And personable to everyone Had she worked at a practice that I had managed years ago. I would make sure she was happy and stayed for years because she was a wonderful reflection of this practice.

5 stars I want to edit my review below which I wrote right after I left the office. Dr. Shazhad called me about 45 minutes after I left to apologize for the mix-up. He was gracious and wanted me to come back for my procedure. I had eaten already and we rescheduled for next week. He understood that my expectations were not met and I am so happy that he called back. I have many times left doctors offices when they could not be on time or even explain why they are running late or the doctor is not even it the house. I will now highly recommend Dr. Shazhad as he seems to understand that the patient comes first. Zero stars Had an 8:30 am appointment today and arrived at 8:00. Filled out the papers with the receptionist and sat down. Waited till 8:45 and asked if they were running late, only to be told my appointment was at 10am not 8:30. I got excuses that someone made a mistake but no sympathy in their voices. Doctors need to learn to respect the time of their patients. There was a room full of patients and I suspect their times were off as well. Do not go to this practice.

My mother had an endoscopy with Dr Chung and both my mother and I were incredibly impressed by everything about it. The surgical suite is very nice; one of the nicest I have seen. It is modern and clean. The staff here are absolutely amazing and Dr Chung has a great bedside manner. My mother was nervous about the procedure but the staff absolutely put her at ease. They were all very kind and my mother describes her experience as gentle and caring. Overall this was a very positive experience for both of us. As a medical person who understands how medical practices work (or should work) this was a very impressive crew. Thank you Dr Chung! And big thank you to his staff including Denise who so kindly cared for my mother after the procedure. You guys are really amazing.
