I returned to Houston for second knee surgery. The system INOV8 has created is living proof that the medical system could be efficient and completely changed - for the better. Every single person is integrated into the INOV8 process. They know why you are there and you know why they are there. The whole paradigm is unique and extraordinary , in my opinion. The devotion to helping patients instead of just seeing people is at the apex of INOV8. Precision is what defies Dr. Kreuzer and he doesn’t really advertise in a convention sense but yet has thousands seek him out every based on his results and reputation. Remember that old concept? Do yourself a big favor and see Dr Stephan Kreuzer MD. He is the best of the best .
I cannot speak to long term results or efficacy of procedure at this point because I just got home from my full knee replacement at Inov8 but the professionalism, care, willingness to provide detail explanations and all around experience there was nothing I have ever experienced in a medical setting and worthy of an immediate review. As I go through the process of healing and therapy, I will write a review of Dr. Stefan Kreuzer specific to my outcome but I wanted to take a moment to praise the nursing staff and two anesthesiologists I saw today. Absolutely excellent. When going through pre-op process, the one male RN asked me what music was my favorite (80’s alt), I was wheeled into an OR playing early, pre-pop INXS, we briefly discussed Michael Hutchence death from autoerotic asphyxiation, and then all of sudden I was waking up and it was over. I was dreading this day and they all teamed up to eliminate all of my worry and concern. The highest of praise to all of them. The pre-op nurses explained everything in full detail especially the nurse from the Philippines whose name escapes me and Kedeisha, the post-op nurse, who made sure I fully understood what I need to do in the coming days.
At 6 weeks PT recommended I see the doctor. I NEVER got to see Stefan Kuertzer but once. ONLY the PT. Post op I was told. Give it 6 months. Then give it a year. THEN give it 2 years. Not 1 day pain free. I have just been diagnosed with an unstable knee replacement at 2 1/2 years post op by swell know Ortho Houston Hospital! It must be replaced. DO NOT GO
I had an anterior hip replacement done this past March 26. My check in time was 7 am for 8:30 surgery schedule. The ladies at the front were very professional, cordial, and efficient . Once I completed my check in process I was called in to the pre surgical area where a nurse helped me changed to a gown and prepared me for surgery. The surgical nurse, anesthesiologist, as well as the surgeon came in prior to me going to the OR. The nurses at PaCU were excellent and took good care of me esp when I felt so nauseous and light headed. The entire staff was very professional and efficient. I give them two thumbs up!!!
Il orgnaized facility. Made an appointment a week before my procedure. But the facility could not tell me what time my procedure would be until the late afternoon (4PM specifically) of ONE day bofore the procedure. After tons of on and offline paperworks and sick leave from work for me and wy wife, they told us they could not have my procedure done there because they did't accept my insurance Cigna. That's the first thing I checked with them bofore I made the appointment! They waste out time. Is ths common in medical field? Totally unacceptable.
