My family has been patients of Dr, Sim for 20 years. He has great bedside manner and truly is a compassionate Doctor. The staff is wonderful, yes you may have to be put on hold momentarily, but they will answer your questions and help you out as true professionals. If I ever can't fit into Dr. Sims schedule, I have no issue in seeing Dr. Biondo or one of the PA's.
