I have free legal and judging from the rest of the bad reviews on here there should be no problem getting clients for a class action lawsuit. I was charged for services for a time I wasn't even in the state. They said they fixed the problem then turned me over to a collection agency anyway. I paid the collection agency just to get them off my back. Now I'm getting letters from the collection agency saying I owe them interest. I hope Imperial Health has good insurance...or legal representation.

I would steer clear of anything to do with imperial health. I have had 25 dollar credit on my account since 2020 and the local billing office nor my doctors office wants to give me back my money, however the national billing office does. I also had a never used before credit card stolen when i used it at the orthopedic center for blood work. We have plenty of other choices to use, i will not be using them again!!
I am getting infusion for stage 3 cancer from this organization. I called the office yesterday at 4:30 pm and left a message requesting a call back about a serious medical condition that had developed. It's 11:45 a.m. the next day. I still haven't gotten a call. This is as poor as any customer service I've ever received.
You can't reach anyone on the phone at any office and Endocrinology is probably the worst ran office I have ever been to in my life. Overall awful experience.
