The doctor and medical staff were very nice. It’s the billing department who conducts fraudulent billing and zero customer service skills. Being an employee of Honorhealth, you would think I’d at least receive satisfactory treatment. They don’t provide information to you when you don’t have anesthesia and they charge you for a nurse anesthetist. Wasn’t even given the option knowing I wasn’t getting anesthesia. I had several injections due to the problem I was having. Two were authorized and billed appropriately. I don’t know what happened with the third but they charged me $700 with insurance. They used different codes. When I called to ask about it the billing office was so rude like a collection agency. Not really any attempt to look at my bill or express any concern over billing error. I was basically told to pay it or they will send to collections. Happy collections to you. It will sit there for seven years because I don’t owe that amount. I have no problem paying what I owe but this billing staff should be investigated for fraudulent billing.

Refused to cooperate with my insurance to send additional chart notes so I could get a prescription for an OTC lidocaine patch. Literally any chart notes or MRI would have gotten it approved. Previously filed grievance with this office. Instead they wish for me to make another appointment to discuss others which I had already done at my last appointment. Waste of time and aggravation. I highly do not recommend honor health for any services at all from emergency dept to specialists.

I have been a patient here for almost a year and I must say this clinic is by far the best I have ever been to. Everyone is so caring & thorough. I have been to multiple surgery centers and because I’ve experienced such miss treatment, that when I had my first visit here it completely caught me off guard. Even the front desk staff are wonderful & very respectful. The thing I admire the most is their ability to empathize with a patient in pain and go above and beyond to try to make you as comfortable as possible.

This was my first visit to the Honor Health Pain Management Center at East Union Hills Drive in Phoenix. I was not disappointed. The experience far surpassed my expectations. My procedure was for a lumbar epidural with Dr. Mosallaie. I arrived early, processed paperwork and waited a very short time. They actually got me in early to my surprise. The center is efficiently run, speedy, professional and the nursing staff is extremely courteous, caring and helpful. Things moved right along. The operating room when I entered was staffed my the doctor and five or six assistants busy at work. My X-rays were projected and I was immediately ready to go under twilight sedation. Next thing I knew, it was over. Now that I'm home, I'm eager to see in a few days how successful it was. The only DOWNSIDE to the visit was I was unable to speak with the doctor himself.

Had my first Cervical ESI injection and was apprehensive and nervous, but the entire staff treats you with respect and so caring and nurturing they put me at ease. They told me it really wouldn’t be that bad, and they were right! Highly recommend Dr. Kubitz and he communicated with me every step of the procedure. The only “pain” I felt was one little poke for the numbing, and then I didn’t feel anything else. I had no sedation and I’m glad I chose that route as to me a IV is much more painful than that one little prick to numb, and probably would take longer than the entire procedure I had was as I am a “difficult poke”. Great staff!
