this was our first experience with dr. rayapudi and we could not have been more pleased. he was very attentive to our concerns and took his time. very professional and knowledgeable and not pushing his own agenda at all. he respected our experiences and took them into account as he laid out a process for recovery going forward.

I had such a great experience at the Hilliard Endoscopy Center and can’t recommend them enough. From the moment I walked in, every single person I interacted with was kind, professional, and truly cared about my comfort. The nurses were incredibly efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made sure I was at ease the entire time. Dr. Rayapudi is amazing—skilled, reassuring, and clearly excellent at what he does. I also saw Jess, the nurse practitioner, before my visit today, and she was just as wonderful—so patient, informative, and thorough. Even little touches made a big difference, like being offered warm blankets during the procedure. I didn’t even feel the IV go in, which says a lot! Doug from anesthesia was also so friendly and put me completely at ease. Another huge plus is their price transparency—something you rarely see in medicine, and I think that’s so important. It made the whole process feel even more respectful and trustworthy. Overall, it was genuinely a great experience. I highly recommend this center to anyone needing care. Thank you to the whole team!

The process was scary since it was my first time getting my innards looked at but Dr. Rayapudi was very nice and professional! Every staff member was very caring. I was very pleased with my visit. All of the staff that I interacted with were very nice, and the office was very clean and pleasant. My provider, Jessica, took plenty of time with me. She listened to me, asked pertinent questions, discussed treatment options, and together we decided on a treatment plan. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing GI care.
