Wow, I can’t say enough great things about the team here! From the front desk to the nurses, my doctor, and even the follow-up call afterward — every single person was absolutely amazing. I was super nervous about my procedure and going under anesthesia, but the entire staff made me feel so comfortable and cared for every step of the way. Their kindness, professionalism, and upbeat energy made such a difference! Huge thank-you to Ember, Alice, Cherie, William, Dr. Kiker, Kelly, Nicole, and Marchii — you’re all rock stars!

I went in today already hesitant because I had such a terrible interaction over the phone with an incredibly rude lady after I told her I really couldn’t afford to pay so much out of pocket to reach my deductible. When I tell you she instantly escalated her attitude and threatened me I was going to owe them $150 for cancelling I was taken aback. This was five days before my appointment so that seems like a terrible policy. I ended up going forward with it only to have the front desk lady (idk if she was a nurse because she seemed completely devoid of bedside manner and unprofessional) yell at my boyfriend for stepping inside the waiting room with my 3 year old, I went outside only to come back in twice and have her snap at me. I can’t stress how distressing it is to be sick to your stomach for 2 months, stressed about money and then have what you assumed to be a medical professional talk down to you and snap at a literal toddler. I did not feel comfortable receiving medical care after that, and I would rather poop my pants every day for the next month while I find somewhere else to receive medical care rather than deal with that awful excuse for a receptionist ever again.

The moment I entered for my endoscopy appointment, young lady Andrea at the front desk she was so pleasent. Roger my Anesthesist was very pleaset and helpful. Vanessa, Jadyn, Alice, Nicole and ofcourse Whitney all of them very caring and sweet. Ofcouse My Doctor Siddiqui as usual were very caring and wonderful, he has been my doctors since 15years...

Doctors and nurses were fantastic! Procedures went as expected. Place is absolutely wonderful except when I went to pick up my mom after the procedure front desk lady thought it would be funny to tell me that my mother‘s surgery did not go as expected and things went wrong. Working in the medical field, there is no room for any sort of unprofessionalism like that within the office. Not a funny joke when someone’s life is in yawls hands. I will be having my attorney, reaching out! Absolutely ridiculous!

My wife had a procedure done this morning. The staff were fantastic, and took great care of her. Unfortunately, my wife lost her wedding ring when she was there. Shannon and Bobbie went above and beyond to find my wife’s ring. We couldn’t be more grateful/appreciative of their care and diligence!
