Great care from all the staff, starting with check-in to discharge. Appreciated nursing staff, nurse anesthetist and physician. Even endo tech introduced themselves and confirmed my name, date of birth and procedure. As a nurse myself, I know this level of detail prevents any errors in care. I would recommend this facility for care.
Everything was efficient and smooth. My only regret was having no conversation with the doctor other than a few seconds before the procedure. I like to connect in a meaningful way with the person performing such procedures.

The hardest part was the night before , no food and after drinking the liquid make sure you are by a bathroom. All in all it was pretty simple and we'll worth doing. NCEC is a fantastic place !!!!.
