AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR YOUR HEALTH!!! If Google allowed negative scores, this place would not be worthy of 1-star. The doctors here do not seem to care at all about finding reasons for GI issues. They constantly push this absurd FODMAP diet over and over, even when it doesn't work!!!!! The greatest insult is having to BEG for tests and imaging when that stupid diagnostic diet has done nothing. One doctor actually wrote up my issues as over use of NSAIDS even though I told him MULTIPLE times I do not use them. To top it all off, when you finally get them to order imaging, they LITERALLY tell you they can't see you for a results appointment for 5 MONTHS due to lack of doctors. I asked, "if they see something serious, I'll at least get a phone call?" and she couldn't say Yes, that I would. FIVE MONTHS!!!!! Imagine the damage to your body over 5 months if something is wrong. I stupidly did not change for YEARS, and kept going back here to be ignored over and over. Don't make the same mistake I did. TH may be great for other specialties (Neuro), but this GI practice may cause you your health!

If you’re late more than 10 minutes, they won’t let you in and ask you to reschedule (that is provider’s policy). But if you are on-time and have to wait 25-30 mins to see your doctor because they are working with the previous patient….then that is ok. If you don’t want to wait you can leave and find different place.!. Good luck!

This should really be zero stars. The way that they have mismanaged my husband's care is mind blowing. Incompetent staff who do not know how to do their job. No one returns calls and no one seems to care about you. Because of their errors, my husband's symptoms have worsened and we have been to the ER (neither of which the doctor cares about as displayed by her failure to return any phone calls regarding this). His colonoscopy that showed Chron's disease was three and a half weeks ago and he has yet to start any medication. The doctor's office incorrectly filled out paperwork for insurance on multiple occasions, failed to connect the doctor to my husband's MyChart, therefore delaying any communication, and has not phoned in medication to the pharmacy even though they said they would. This place should be sued for malpractice. I have never seen something as horrific and truly awful as this.

Procedure was quick, less than an hour, compassionate and I was able to walk out feeling perfectly fine afterward which was different from past experiences at a different facility. All staff was warm and helpful. I appreciated the care and the quick results.

was referred to Grand Rapids Gastroentology for a colonoscopy. They called and said that they didn't have a appointment for me until they moved. On Thursday, the 21st they called me for an appointment opening on the 22nd. ?? I didn't even have the adequate time to prep. They assured me that it was enough time. I became so ill during the prep, which I found out later, it was because I had eaten that day. (which they said was okay) . My appointment was for 11:50 on Friday. We arrived there and we were told they were 20 minutes behind. There weren't enough seats in the waiting room. We also found out that it was their first day back in business. 2 1/2 hours later I was brought back to get prepped. They gave me a dirty warm blanket and the nurse told me they had way to many people booked. I felt, (by the jokes that the doctor was making) that the office was very unprofessional. I later found out that a couple of patients had to reschedule, due to their transportation issues, because of the 2 1/2 hour delay. This is not an acceptable practice for a very personal procedure.
