My experience with the doctor and the procedure were fine but the people working in the office were remarkably rude and treated me as if my presence was an inconvenience to their day. I’m not sure if reception is obligated to have any bedside manner but they should.

WARNING ⚠️ When I walked in I saw at least 50 ppl waiting. I was surprised. Wasn’t expecting so many ppl with appointment. Terrible wait time. My friend did give me a heads up for 2 hrs. So did the receiptionist at the front when I asked. I thought 2 hrs wait is fine. After waiting for 3 hrs just got my pressure checked and was told there are more ppl ahead of me still waiting so it’s a total wait n procedure of 4 to 5 HOURS at least or more depending I guess.. SMH What is the use of having an appointment? They just sit you down , unless u ask. I think it’s best if they had explain the proper wait time and the procedures the very beginning every patient walks in. At least you know what you are in for and for how long. It’s Ridiculous. You come on empty stomach waking up early to be here with your appointment and still not get it done on time. You can just walk in whenever don’t have to worry about you not being on time for your appointment. They take you in. Only if I was just by myself I would have left after having to wait for 4 hours and I am still waiting while writing this review. I wanted to leave but I couldn’t since I came with someone else to accompany me. My patience is running out. I’m having a heartburn since I can’t be on empty stomach for too long. It’s can get serious for me. Never in my life I thought I’d be writing such a long review. Such a poorly managed institution ! Don’t know if it’s lack of doctors in there or because they take walk in customers ? Why the DELAY ? Need to work on their services. Terrible I wish I could give zero ratings here.

Great experience. From check in to prep to in ops room to post-op! Med staff and doctors were great and reassuring. Nurses were wonderful.

It’s been a pleasure to bring my partner to this location. He had a colonoscopy and everything went outstanding. The surgery was performed pretty fast after he was called. I would highly recommend this establishment for patients that need this treatment performed. Thank you so much for the caring. It’s highly appreciate. ✌️✌️👍👍

I just had a Colonoscopy and Endoscopy, it was a really fast procedure. My appointment was at 8am and I'm about to leave its 10am. Dr. Chusid was really amazing, caring, kind & answer all my questions. The anesthesiologist the Nurses & the receptionist were very kind & understanding. Definitely will come back if I need another procedure, thank you so much!!
