From the first phone call to schedule the procedure, to the time they rolled me to our car after the procedure everyone was very professional, and I was well taken care of in all aspects of the procedure. This surgery center is so professional and helpful. Maritza, R.N. is an AWESOME nurse, they all were but she was exceptional for confidently and patiently getting my IV easily on the first time (I'm a hard stick). The anesthesia nurse gave me lidocaine BEFORE the propofol which really helped with the burning, and of course Dr. Ebrahim is the BEST doctor in the world, the rest could learn so much from her.
Had a procedure done here by Dr Ebrahim and I was pleased to find that the friendliness from everyone there carried over from my first office visit even though they are two separate entities. Reception nice, the techs and the nurses were great, and I felt really cared for. I would chose to go here over other locations if I were able even though I have to travel.
