I gave this place one star because that is the only way I can post this review. This office is the worst place I have ever been to! The MANAGER is extremely rude and has no consideration for patients, including making an elderly woman cry and speaking to patients as if they are stupid. My husband’s appointment was at 7:45 and was told to be here at 6 am. They were closed and didn’t open until about 6:45n patients were waiting outside in 50 degree weather and when I called the office to speak to the manager, OMG, the manager was the rude lady that had opened the door at 6:45, she decided to hang up on me because when I was trying to explain to her that no texts mentioned the time of the appointment. What a disgrace of an office, poor patients that have to come to this place. I went inside and the manager did not want to come out and the receptionist tried to tell me about their waiting time, which had nothing to do with the fact that they told my husband and me the appointment time of 7:45. Tried to say that the messages we receive had time of the appointment, which they did not and I had all the text messages showing the time other than the appointment set at the Doctors office. DO NOT come here, ask your Doctor to send you somewhere else!

This place is horrible; they charged me upfront, even though I had insurance, supposedly to cover the procedure cost. Then I started receiving invoices from the doctor and for the lab work, saying I needed to pay for the procedure. I called this place and they said they charged by mistake. It took 8 months of calls to get my money back. I Do Not recommend this place. The nurses were horrible; the could not do a simple IV and popped my vein, a different nurse on the second try put the needle thru a nerve. It was so painful!

Really don't get why there are so many bad reviews. I arrived here at 10:45 AM and walked away at 1 PM. Everything was great. Great reception, great nurses and great doctors. Procedure went great, had some good sleep and a couple of juices.

So crazy appointment at 11 am not seen until after 2 pm. So frustrating. Medical group referral great job.

This place is HORRIBLE, go elsewhere. Save yourself the worse experience 👎. I had my appointment scheduled 15 months after my doctor's referral as they were booked until then. One day before procedure, I was call to confirm appointment at 9:30 a.m. and was told not to be late. I arrived at 9:10 a.m. but didn't get my vitals checked until two hours after I arrived. I was not called in for procedure until 4hrs after my 9:30 a.m. appointment. While I was waiting, the lobby was packed and outside sitting was very limited to non existent. I can't believe this gastrointestinal office doesn't offer it's patient adequate sitting area and care so little for its patients time. This office has zero empathy and just sees patients as $$. I will never be back to this office and will rather travel to different provider.
