The team was excellent. I was seen on time, everything was explained. The anesthesia worked extremely well and I guess the procedure went well as I was out and on my way in what seemed like seconds. No issues afterword except being very hungry. A few days after I received a call with the lab results. All in all staff great, procedure a mystery.
Had the experience to talk to very nice and helpful nurses. Dr Lin was very nice and had great patient bed side manners. Kept making sure I understood procedure and kept making sure I did not have any questions. Dr Lin made sure to check on me after procedure and went through all my results.

Dr. Lin and her staff, including the scheduling agent (Isabel Liberty), were outstanding. The overall process was easy, and I will definitely recommend this location to others. My wife also had the procedure two days prior with Dr. Lin. Dr. Lin and her nursing staff did a great job, but the scheduling agent (Rose) needs remedial training on customer service. She spelled my wife's name incorrectly, which caused a delay in the portal setup. She also recommended a more expensive version of the prep and never even sent emails to my wife with prep instructions. Luckily, I was able to contact Isabel Liberty, and she was able to fix everything.
I have been going to GCSA for about 20 years and have always received excellent care. Dr. Jackson and PA Giordano are outstanding practitioners. They are knowledgeable, patient and have an outstanding "bedside manner". Support staff in the office are always pleasant and professional. Overall, I highly recommend GCSA.
