Everyone here was so friendly and accommodating during my procedure. The nurses were amazing! I dont have veins that come out easily for an IV. There were 3 nurses that came in to try and find a vein, and they only attempted to stick me once they were certain it would work. I would definitely come back here for any future appointments.
Had to come here for the dreaded Colonoscopy that you need every few years. I was referred by the Gastroenterologist whose office is next door. The appointment was easily made within a reasonable time. The staff from the moment you check in till the moment you are discharged are very helpful and nice. They treat you with respect and keep you informed at all times. The place itself has a comfortable waiting area for family and the back is like a mini hospital floor with individual recovery rooms and a large nurses station. I was very happy with the attention given and treatment. Highly recommend them.
This week, I had a colonoscopy, and I was very impressed with the care I received. From the front desk to the intake nurse, anesthesia, the nurse in the procedure room, and Dr. Scott, everyone was professional and kind. They made sure I was comfortable and explained everything as we went along. Since this isn’t a procedure that people look forward to, it was wonderful to have such a great team of professionals who made the experience as easy and comfortable as possible. I highly recommend them.
I never write reviews for doctors but felt compelled to write this one. I came in for my first colonoscopy and everyone, from start to finish, was wonderful. The intake was quick and easy and each of the nurses and other support staff were relaxed and had good senses of humor, which helped take the edge off. Dr. Surles was terrific as well. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. Thanks to all!
Dr. Murphy and the staff at G.A.P. are excellent. From scheduling, to check-in, to being assessed, throughout the procedure, recovery, and discharge, everything went perfectly. Too bad all of healthcare can't run this smoothly and with people who obviously care about their patients. Great job!
They offer a range of procedures including colonoscopy, endoscopy, hemorrhoid banding, and more specialized treatments like Fecal Microbiota Transplant (FMT) and InterStim Bowel Control Therapy.
