The staff was great. Very caring and efficient. There was minor misunderstanding about release procedures but all in all my experience was good.

I had a positive experience in each phase from scheduling, to checking in, and the procedure. The staff were highly attentive and very professional. Dr. Dasher and his team were ready to go at my scheduled time.

The doctor that did my procedure was awesome. The nurses that assisted with the procedure were awesome. However, the receptionists are rude. Here I am, waiting to be seen, sleep deprived, in pain from having taken 2 doses of laxatives, and the first thing they do is bombard me with how I owe them money or they can’t do the procedure. Mind you, Dr. Biju had quoted me $410 for the procedure and I had paid that 2 days prior to the procedure. But then I get a “Surprise, you owe us another $458 because we’re a different clinic than the one next door.” And when I say “I was never told about this extra payment. You mean, I have to pay almost $1,000 for this??” The receptionist snaps back, “I left you voice messages about this!” And the other receptionist said “Yeah she did.” Very bad attitudes when dealing with people who don’t feel good…

I am highly nervous by nature but have to say the staff at this facility did a great job of keeping me calm while I waited to be wheeled into the procedure room. Everything went smoothly at each phase. I would recommend this place to all requiring such services. All folks were kind, caring, and professional. No complaints or issues. Dr Lopez Morra, thanks for the great care before, during, and after.

The staff here is wonderful, from the front desk (Pam was amazing) to the nurses. I woke up feeling pretty sick, and a wonderful nurses assistant set up in front of my bed, fetched other nurses when she felt I needed something more. I was pretty weak so she even dressed me. I was the last patient to leave that day (on a Friday!) and even though the staff had probably been there since 4am, they said no rush, they weren’t kicking me out. A kind male nurse, Micheal I think, gingerly helped me into my ride from a wheelchair after giving me fluids and wrapping me in a blanket. While these procedures aren’t fun and you may feel yucky after like me, it’s comforting to know there are caring and attentive people around you.
