Physicians are TOPS, reception staff, not so much. I have previously had great experiences here with the physicians. Both Dr. Petorak & Gallagher are personable, kind, and caring. The nursing staff is also very very caring and conscientious with explaining things. I saw one of the PA's today - just as personable and thorough. However, I can't say the same for the front desk person. Not only was she snarky and rude to me, but another gentleman in the waiting room as well. I understand the need to accurately communicate information, to be organized, to be professional and to educate patients, but it doesn't need to be condescending, short, and self-righteous. Someone needs to take a class to learn how perceived tone and inflection in statements can make a difference in a customer feeling welcomed or like they want to turn around and walk out! This is why they only get a 3. First impressions are lasting!

My husband and I have had our colonoscopies here for the past 8 years. Last year, they removed a polyp from me. It was pre-cancerous and shaped funny. So the doctor wants me to get looked at again sooner than the regular 3 years (now - used to be 5 years but now I have polyps). He removed the polyp but still wants to be sure it is not growing again. Very good experience. My hubby was clean and gets to go back on the 5 year rotation. Yay for him.

Absolutely awful experience at this place. I was referred here by my primary care physician and they did not listen to a word of my concerns. They just ran tests and rushed to schedule me for a colonoscopy. Also, one of my results came back positive but the doctor argued with me saying that it was negative. My doctor would not even hear my concerns after my procedure was completed.

Are you kidding me? After being diagnosed with Celiac disease and then getting a second opinion, your practice declined to take me on as a patient. Were your feelings hurt that a patient wished to coillect as much data on a disease as possible? I am facing this diagnosis alone beacause you would not take me on as a patient. My opinion? Your practice is scum and anyone who works there is without empathy and integrity.

Saw the PA and got referred to have a colonoscopy. Everyone there was very pleasant and I was very nervous for my first colonoscopy but everybody was very nice.
