I love them! I have had 3 colonoscopys in 2 years and every one of them I have had here. The entire staff treats you like you’re a family member and Dr Doshi is amazing!! He is straight up and explains your results in a way that you understand. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else but here! Thank you for being so understanding and caring
My appointment and procedure went very smoothly. The doctor (Dr. Doshi) and front office staff had good communication and were easy to deal with. I would highly reccomend this place. I did not experience any of the issues mentioned in the poor reviews 🤷♂️
I had my first colonoscopy ever here yesterday and I don't think it could have gone better. They were amazing from when I called to book until I left. Connie (who I booked with on the phone), Mandy (who talked me through the prep on the phone), the front desk, the nurses, Bill (who did the anesthesia), to Dr T. himself, everyone was calming and so helpful in a clean professional atmosphere. If you are nervous about the procedure this is where you want to go. What an amazing practice. Thank you all so much everyone. I can't thank you enough.
My wife had a colonoscopy at Triangle GI, and she had a wonderful experience. The providers and medical assistants were courteous and professional. We left feeling like we had been treated excellently. On top of this, their billing department was the most helpful out of any doctors office we have ever experienced. They are very patient, thorough in their explanations, and extremely generous! I wish I could give 6 stars, the experience was that good!
Terrible Service. I was given their number to call for any emergency consultation in my discharge form and it is mentioned that a number had been given for emergency for handling delayed complications. I left them messages multiple times at 2 different places and there was no response or returning the call for 5 hours. When I gave them this feedback they were not even sorry about this.
