I told the front desk I have to cancel my endoscopy procedure because I can't afford it and it looked like it would cost me a few thousand. The nurse scoffed and said it won't be any more than $1000 before insurance and I will be fine... That was incorrect information and was billed $3000+. My test was negative. Wish I wasn't told incorrect information
I had my first colonoscopy. The entire team made the experience as painless as possible, plus they treated my wife and me very kindly. Dr. Myers is excellent!

Very impersonable. My Mom who is 82 had an endoscopy and the nurse, Brooke was rattling off questions so fast that my Mom didn't even have time to answer. As a nurse you should know you need to allow elderly people a little more time to answer questions. It put my Mom on edge and made her feel nervous before the procedure even started. I would NEVER recommend this "strictly business" practice. I will add that the ladies at the front desk were very friendly & helpful, but that is not enough to make me want to ever bring my Mom back here!!!
