The entire staff, from the front desk to discharge were fantastic! Sue Ellen, Kelli and the rest of the staff that attended me were super attentive. They made check in easy. Even getting undressed was pleasant. The nurses were very careful to inform me of every action they were taking and what I should expect. The only downside was that my doctor was one hour late delaying my procedure, everyone apologized profusely on the doctors behalf. I wasn't too bothered by that though since I was warm and cozy and not planning anything else for the morning. Also, everything else went so well and it was raining really bad so I gave the doctor a pass.
I recently had a procedure here. Everyone here is wonderful. From the front check in to the post procedure care. I was treated with respect and professionalism. I appreciate the staff for the kindness and comfort they provided. ❤️
I was really impressed with the clinic. Everyone was kind and yet highly professional from the receptionist to the nurses to the anesthesiologist to the doctor. I have nothing but thankfulness that I went to this clinic. I was afraid; they put me at my ease and made the whole procedure (colonoscopy) work like a charm.
