Impossible to get ahold of anyone in the actual office. You can only speak with a call center. They canceled and rescheduled my appointment twice with FNP Megan Adams. The first cancellation was a few days prior, and the second was the day before the appointment. When I asked to speak with someone from the office directly, the call center lady refused.

I had surgery there the doctors and my room were excellent. The other personnel could use retraining. The guys that rolled me to my room were very unprofessional they were cursing. The nurse that did my catheter didn't care how much she hurt me. The recovery room people did not check on me much even though I was there for 5 hours. My bladder was so full when I got to my room they had to do an emergency catheter.

Dr. Tiliakos is Amazing! What a wonderful bedside manner. He listens and calls me to check on me. It's a team effort when it comes to my health. I drive over an hour to see my doctor. No one provides continued dedication and integrity like him. Bravo!👏🏽

Emory is the best hospital around. You can’t ask for a better hospital to go too. They have amazing doctors, nurses and staff. A few of our favorites… I can’t say enough about Doctor Galloway and his team. You can’t ask for better care than what they give you. Doctor Galloway is such a kind, caring compassionate doctor and he truly cares for his patients. Jamie Dickey truly cares for all and will go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. The care and compassion they have for their patients is top notch. Doctor Elwood has also been an amazing doctor that is very kind and compassionate with his patients to.

I made an appointment at Emory Clinic in April with their earliest appointment being in August. Approximately 24 hours before, they finally got around to telling me I was incorrectly scheduled and I’ll be rescheduled for October (if I’m lucky). This is unacceptable, I needed this appointment. I have had this infection since April and it has the possibility of effecting fertility. A scared person does not want to hear “we will talk to the employee that scheduled you”and “we can put you on the cancellation wait list” I want my original appointment. If this is how employees are treated, I can’t imagine the level of neglect they give to non-employees
