The office staff and Dr. Jay at the Elkridge location are wonderful. I am always seen on time and never feel rushed during my appointments. Dr. Jay really cares about his patients and you can really tell. I have been coming to him for the last 4 years and I have appreciated every minute of it!
My husband and I are so happy and we felt very much at peace and comfortable. We really liked Dr D. He was intentional and thoughtful throughout our appointment. Also, his team up front was all super sweet and had excellent customer service. Everyone are very respectful. We will be coming back here again!
The receptionist was kind and made scheduling easy. The doctor helped me understand the process needed to (hopefully) lessen the knee pain. Also, the visits were pretty quick!

Jay is great! He listens to your concerns and doesn’t make you feel rushed out of the office. If you are working with another Dr he works as a team and doesn’t try to guide you away from the plan you and the other physician came up with. Jays team is great with responding to online messages as well within 30 mins. The front office staff is very polite and when there is an opening for an earlier appt the front receptionist will contact you to get you in earlier.
