The staff at Elite are fantastic They're extremely friendly, yet professional. Dr. Ismail great doctor. Also friendly and professional. He explains everything in detail in a way that you understand. He listens to, answers questions in detail .
Met with the doctor and discussed the fact that I was moving to Mexico and would like to have a colonoscopy before I left. He suggested that we have an endoscopy at the same time. Once the procedure and everything is all done I start getting all of these bills in the mail. I checked with my insurance company instead of Bellingham as a routine check they build everything as diagnostic. So I have to pay diagnostic fees, fees for pathology, etc. etc. so it ends up costing me over $2000 for something that should’ve just been a routine check. be aware that your doctor can bill under routine check up or diagnostic and when they build under diagnostic, you get billed for everything separate under the sun. Very unethical behavior. I would avoid this company like the plague when they take something and change the code on it and Bill so they can get more money without previous discussion with the patient and without cause I consider it fraud and I’m going to be making a report to the medical association

Dr. Ismail is excellent. He made me feel very calm and relaxed. I felt like I was in good hands. His staff was also terrific. They were there to to ensure my comfort and answer all my questions.
They do not return phone calls or answer there phone. My husband was put in a room FREEZING for at least an hour and had nobody check on him. They do not listen. On top of freezing him they took his contacts. Agaian he is legally blind but they don’t care. The nurse was extremely RUDE and would not listen, wish I had got her name. I would love to report this person. If your nervous about this about having this done they just add more to your anxiety. After the way he was treated I will never go through them. The one nurse is awfully mean! T
