El Mirador Surgery Center

I had a colonscopy about 2 weeks ago and had a very unexpected experience. The team were amazing! As someone who preaches that company culture is a brand strategy and a competitive differentiator, I know what I experienced was a team who were dedicated to their work individually as well as together. I saw camaraderie amongst people with different expertise and I believe I was experiencing a company and team culture that is intentionally nurtured and managed. My discharge paperwork was in an envelope and included a checklist signed by everyone who attended to me. It was professional and thoughtful. A week later, I received a call from a human being asking how I was doing and if I had a good experience a El Mirador and/or if there was anything that I wanted to share with her. She gave me her name and her phone number and told me if I think of anything to please give her a call. I also received a text messages before with all the details for my upcoming appointment and a number to call. Altogether, I am so impressed... because when you put people first… Your employees and your patients or clients or customers and you follow up like this and it feels personal because it is personal you don't have to spend too much money on marketing your business that runs like this that is human centered, and human centric will naturally experience success. And get a review like this one which intern inspires doctors and patients to specifically ask for El Mirador.

I was really nervous about my colonoscopy, but the entire team—from check-in to nursing staff—was kind, professional, and reassuring. Dr. Naga was excellent, explaining everything clearly and easing my fears without judgment. The procedure was painless; I just felt a little sleepy afterward. The prep is the hardest part, but it’s absolutely worth it for peace of mind. We’re lucky to have such a great team here in the Desert. I highly recommend this center.

The staff is friendly and my simple procedures (colonoscopy, endoscopy) went well here. The downside is that it is near impossible to get these guys on the phone. They call you once at 9AM and if you miss that call you are screwed. Sometimes the phone will continue ringing for an hour, sometimes they hang up the call and say to call back when it's not busy. But it's always busy. EDIT: Decided to change my stars from 3 to 5 While it was quite hard getting in touch with the office via phone, I have to still give these guys 5 stars. Are they moving you through quickly? Yes. Does it feel like a conveyor belt? Absolutely NOT! I would trust my life with the staff here. Everyone from the nurses to the doctors were incredible. Talked to me through both procedures I had done (endoscopy/colonoscopy). The nurses remembered my name, we laughed together and it made everything feel so stress free. Would absolutely come back here again, even if I have to call them a few times to make it happen.

all people I delt with were very professional and had no problems what so ever, Good place and i was taken care of just fine. One person stood in recovery that should be acknowledged was Jill. answered all my question with excellent simple to understand information. in my book she is a "keeper" and very personable. Thank you Jill.

I had a colonoscopy a week ago Thursday there. The most professional group of people I have ever worked with! For a medical facility ti was ran like a well-oiled machine! Great people at every step of the way! Highly recommend!
