I had a wonderful experience at EASTSIDE. My admitting nurse Fiona was great. She put a needle in my hand and I didn’t feel a thing. Everything and everyone worked together very well. They were all very friendly and caring.
Billing here is a nightmare. Was sent a bill for something I already paid for, my bad for paying it again, but I’ve been calling for the last 8 weeks asking about getting reimbursed, and keep getting the runaround. It was $$$ so I’m really stressed now they’re not even going to reimburse at all.
If you have to have any form of hand surgery there is no better place. My wife has had three procedures so far and I have had one and expecting to have another. The staff is absolutely outstanding plus the overall atmosphere is very professional extremely friendly and also proficient. No time is wasted but also you do not feel like you are being rushed. I have had surgery performed 7 different times at the Surgery Center. Each time I found the staff to be efficient, supportive and extremely knowledgeable. The facilities are up to date and well equipped. I found that I prefer having my surgeries performed at Eastside Surgery Center than at a hospital and this place is outstanding in all ways!
