This is the second time I've been treated by Dr. Moore and her team at this facility. From the reception staff to the OR Team, and post-op, they are the most amazing people. They were friendly, not just towards me, but to each other. They were also very professional and treated me as if I were their own family. The OR staff kept me calm and when the procedure became a bit painful, one of the OR team members held my hand. That was very special to me. Who else shows such compassion as the Lord, Jesus? I am forever grateful. Thank you! I'm not sure how you as a company show your appreciation, but I recommend that you do something special for this specific group.
From check-in to pre-op to the actual procedure, all the nurses and doctors were absolutely wonderful. They explained everything they were doing and answered my questions and were so easy to talk to. Considering the procedure i had done, it was a great experience.
Great surgical center for outpatient surgery. Staffs are friendly & caring; facility is clean & modern. Nurses are familiar with their job; got IV set up in one shot instead of poking my arms several time! :)
The medical administrators' smiles were contagious. This made it easier to not think about the surgery. The facility was clean and quiet. The nurses and the doctors were pleasant and took time to listen and not be in a rush.
The doctor was excellent. She was the reason I was a patient at Aurora. But the staff was sub-par. Aurora staff, and the doctor, instructed to not eat or drink anything the morning of a procedure, except I could take my morning medications with water. I've had this procedure at the same place 3 times before and I followed the same instructions each time. When I got there, I told the nurse I had my meds with a couple swallows of water. The nurse told me I should have only taken "a sip" of water, and therefore, cancelled the procedure. What? Really? No one ever said I should only take "a sip" before, and the "offending swallows" were take 2 1/2 hours earlier. I found a different clinic.
