Really disappointed to see a business I appreciated and respected yelling at people for using their parking spot for 30 seconds while they ran inside to grab a coffee. For context all their other spots were open and a receptionist ran outside screaming that she was in a surgical parking spot. Almost seemed like the receptionist enjoyed it. I understand that those spots need to be close to the building but there was also a completely empty row of surgical spots open it wasn't like they took the last one.
Their incredible staff displayed exceptional bedside manner, making me feel comfortable throughout my procedure, and I experienced no pain two days post knee-surgery, eliminating the need for pain medication.
My dad had a medial meniscus repair with Dr. Harms. From walking in the front door and being greeted by staff, , to getting pushed out in a wheelchair to the car after surgery, the overall experience was beyond wonderful…. A great team of staff, from administration to nursing to anesthesia and of course an awesome surgeon. The CRNA ‘s that work there are some of the best in our community, and you can tell people love their job. Very grateful for a wonderful and successful experience and outcome for my dad. We will be back!
I broke my thumb which required surgery to fix. Doctor Hall was great and was able to do the surgery only two days after my initial visit. My anesthetist Glen was very professional and friendly. He preformed a nerve block, which worked great, I had no pain all day. Overall my entire experience there was awesome! I highly recommend them!
I’ve had two procedures done here by Dr Harms, I am very pleased with the staff here. Everyone is so helpful and explained everything very well. The last procedure I just had done was a knee replacement on June 7th, my experience was very satisfactory. The nurse that took care of me Lauren was exceptionally good. I would recommend this place to anyone who need’s orthopedic surgery done.
