Great service, start to finish colonoscopy was 2 hours. Waiting room a bit small but has water and coffee for drivers family. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Issues having both endoscopy and colonoscopy done at the same time because of regular miscommunication with Primary Care but the day of procedure is smooth.
I had a colonoscopy back in September, and I got charged over $600 because the procedure was submitted as diagnostic instead of preventive. I have been calling and calling trying to get this adjusted, and they keep telling me they are working on it. But today I just got a final notice email, so I guess if I don't pay the bill, they will send me to collections. This is so very frustrating. I have spent valuable time trying to fix their mistake.
The receptionist was really welcoming and thorough at 7:30 am! The waiting area is pleasant. The nursing staff, Bonnie, Emily, Jacob, and the others (that I wished I remembered their names) were so very attentive and real you know the kind of real that makes one at ease. Dr. Haque was the most gentle, thorough, and efficient doctor. Before the procedure, when I thanked him for being a doctor, he said with a kind of soft energy, “If I had my life to do over, I would do this. We save so many lives here.” With light sedation, he let me watch on screen the miracle of my human body. Thank you all at Duke Endoscopy.
Today I had a great experience at Duke Triangle Endoscopy Center. From check-in to discharge, every member of the staff was polite, professional, and genuinely kind. The nurses were especially empathetic and attentive, making the entire process smooth and reassuring. Dr. Rein stood out—not only is he clearly experienced, but he also exudes confidence and care that instantly puts you at ease. I had seen some earlier reviews mentioning facility issues, but I experienced none of that. The environment was clean, organized, and well-run throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to return when I’m due for my next screening. Highly recommend.
Coming here to express my gratitude for how well taken care of I was during my procedure. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses who looked after me and checked up on me the next day. Everyone was extremely kind, informative and in high spirits, making what could have been an anxious experience very much calm and safe.
