On 9/10/25 I had a simple toe nail ablation, the entire staff was very professional, very kind reason for a 3. I was admitted to hospital a couple days later with a completely different diagnosis. Sandra Kirkland called me on 9/15/25 under the pretense of how are you doing? Then proceeded with repeating herself numerous times that her and another nurse had been looking over my file and they have diagnosed me. None of the 5 Doctors at SE Medical Center had diagnosed me as she did. Imo that is illegal and a violation of Hippa. I don't know her, so in No Way whatsoever did she call as a friend. The team that helped me that day gets a 100% positive review. Shame they have someone like Sandra to bring it down.
Great staff, friendly and patient. My little man (1) had to have tunes done, everyone explained everything to me clearly. The procure it self took maybe 10 minutes after they made sure he was okay after surgery we were free to go. I was very impressed how quickly it was done. Definitely would recommend this office to anyone.
I had shoulder surgery here and I am glad I did the entire team was amazing. From registering to discharge, the staff took great care of me. Thank you Dr. Pruitt (anesthesia team) for explaining everything to me and reassuring me. I am always nervous about going under. The whole team was great. Wesley and Jordan, thanks for making me laugh upon arriving in the OR.
This was a total pleasure to be serviced at Dothan Surgery Center, and if I need surgery in the future I hope it is at that facility! I can't say enough nice things about the comfort that I was given from the very second I entered until I was finished this morning. THERE IS NO NICER STAFF IN DOTHAN ALABAMA!
