My 2 day experience was very comforting. The staff was very caring and easy to talk too. I had a colonoscopy one day and my nurse,Renee was very sweet and kind. The next day I had an endoscopy and was treated the same way. The staff was kind and so easy to talk too. The anesthesiologists on both days were kind and informative with my questions and Dr. Gomez was very kind and very reassuring. Thank you, Carolyn Renner
Did not have to wait around at Consultation Appointment. PA was very knowledgeable and thorough with questions. Procedure instructions were easy to understand and follow. The day of my Procedure every person I interacted with from the front desk to the actual MD was friendly and did their job very well. I highly recommended Four Seasons Endoscopy Center and Valley Gastroenterology for anyone who needs a GI procedure or who is looking for a GI Doctor.
Best team I have ever had for a procedure. Executed every small detail to perfection. Smiles and professionalism all around. I have been going here for 20 years and Dr. De Jesus is by far my favorite.
To be honest this place simply does not even Merit a single star. Not a personal experience but somebody I know has dealt with this place multiple times and it's been nothing but a runaround their level of incompetence is sickening from the get-go unable to Simply administer an IV and then just simply say oh well and leaving an IV that does not work hooked up to the main surgeon simply trying to blame somebody else for the rain competencies it's ridiculously unprofessional this place gets a 3.1 star for a reason no other place around has such low ratings in order to get a 3.1 star your level of unprofessionality and incompetence is staggering reviews speak for themselves.
