I came here in January 2025 to undergo a colonoscopy to see if they could figure out why I've been experiencing post hysterectomy period like cramps. I got here by 8:30 (the time that I was supposed to) for a start time of 8:45. Let's just say, getting into the exam room didn't happen until about 9:15 or so. I was angry, annoyed, and irritated. If I had been the one running late, I'd have gotten in trouble. There was no personal space in the waiting room. I was also very hungry, almost to the point of getting hangry. It was very cold in the exam room. I waited a while in there before I was taken into the procedure room. I was getting irritated and was very nervous. I was rushed in the recovery room. Not cool. Especially since I was still groggy from the propofol that they gave me. I don't look forward to having my next colonoscopy here. There were no apologies for the delays.
Very negative experience with colonoscopy. Nurses were unprofessional and were uncaring when I had significantly abdominal pain after the procedure. Nurse pointed to me and said to another staff member ‘not sure what I’m supposed to do with that one’. No privacy given. It felt like a factory.
Everyone was very professional and personable.it shows that they care about you.kudos to my nurse alex.keep up the good work!
Fast and pleasant as a colonoscopy as can be. Thanks team I survived. All were pleasant to talk to. It wasn't enjoyable, but its done, thanks, ha no I won't add photos
Front desk/check in staff is extremely rude. When showing up for a procedure after not having eaten anything for over 24 hours and having done the necessary prep, having your first encounter be with a rude, grouchy individual is not appreciated.
They treat a variety of conditions including inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease, and gastrointestinal bleeding.
During a colonoscopy, you will be sedated for comfort while their specialists examine your colon for any abnormalities.
