The time patients have to sit in the waiting room is truly too long. Dr. Duncan had four nurse practitioners on duty as I was told and the office had standing room only and that is totally unacceptable and it’s like that EVERY time I have an appointment. My appointment was at 9:45 and I didn’t get called back until after 11:00 and still didn’t see Dr. Duncan until around 11:50 and didn’t walk out of the office until 12:24 pm. I have primary care provider, allergist provider, ENT, Cardiologist etc. and the wait time is 20 mins or less and the care is basically the same. Vitals, weight, blood work (sometimes) consultations, prescriptions, next scheduled appointment and out the door🤷♀️ this is one of my Biggest pet peeves when I come there.
Dr Duncan is the best, he listens to your concerns and always have good feedback. He always ask to pray with you. The staff is excellent. If you chose this place you made the best choice. Thanks Dr Duncan and Staff for all you do. The Best😊
The procedure was very quick n accurate no pain at all n everyone the was involved trreat u like u were there own child i recommend everyone to get there procedure done there thank u team for making me feeling important great job
Went to the doctor on Tuesday, my appointment was at 10:30am but I didn't leave until 1:00pm. After seeing the doctor she was suppose to send my medicine over to CVS and here it is Thursday and it hasn't been sent over, let alone I called from 10 this morning until 5:00 this evening to try and get them to send my medicine and no one picked up the phone. Its bad communication and work ethic there.
I took an elderly family member for their colonoscopy. I was there to help them fill out their intake paperwork. Our experience with the receptionist was surprisingly horrible. The receptionist asked me to move several times and eventually leave because I was a driver when there were other drivers present and another driver was given my seat. The other people were shocked as well. I'm grateful the colonoscopy went well.
